my best brotha from anotha - Nick and Me holy shit, its 2:15am January 23rd 2007. Shit, i havent been in here for so long. i actually miss xanga because this started it all for me. so much crap has happened since i last updated. i dont even know where to start from. lets see, its a new year '07 which means this is my last year at lane. its pretty sad cause ive been on xanga since 8th grade and the fact that ive had this thing for that long, it holds basically all my memories from then til now. i actually looked over my old blogs and just noticed how so much has changed and i dont even realize it. the fact that everyone has myspace and facebook just undermines xanga. its sad how everyone just ignores xanga now. back to the subject, so its my last year and im hopefully going to SIUE. i got accepted and 2 of my closest boys did also so im pretty amp'd on that.its 5 hours from chicago and thats the only thing that makes me iffy.ive pretty much have been in the city my whole life and even when i go chill in the burbs its just not the same; and to make that transition from big skyscrapers to cornfields is pretty weird.yaa stl is only 20 mins away but it just wont be the same. i feel like even though im starting a new phase in my life, that im also missing out on what happens here at home. i dont know we will see, i also applied to Depaul so thats my back up with the whole not gettin away from the city situation. basically what i want to get out of this blog is the fact that it hasnt really hit me yet that times are moving quickly. i havent all soaked it in yet. i miss being 14/15 and fuckin doin this xanga sheeit.i wrote about anything and everything, i was so amp'd on telling the whole internet what i did that day haha. im fa sho gonna start this xanga business again.myspace and facebook just cant compare to xanga and its flexibility.
